Forage & Fern are a Hackney based food production site that specialise in recycling local food waste and turning it into food products that are natural, plant-based and ethically sourced. They are based in our Fairways Business Park in Hackney.

All of their products are 100% vegan and produced with the philosophy of reducing our environmental impact. With their approach, they are able manufacture sustainable food products at low costs.
