From Capital Industrial’s Heston Centre, Dnata Catering UK Limited services catering contracts for 40 airlines operating out of Heathrow.

They have invested £10 million in creating a state-of-the art Premium Kitchen incorporating a purpose-built production and logistics centre, including a mezzanine floor and a showroom.

It has created a culinary academy providing space for training chefs, cookery demonstrations, menu workshops and promotional events. It’s the first of its kind in the UK. The Centre can produce 76,500 meals a day, catering for 24,500 flights a year. Alpha LSG has focused on developing local skills and has worked with local education groups to recruit local talent.

The 470,000-square-feet Heston Centre is situated two miles from Heathrow, offering an ideal base for businesses servicing the airport as well as those needing quick and easy access to West and Central London.
