Capital Industrial have completed a new 15 year lease at Spitfire Logistics Centre to Cote Restaurant Group Limited. Measuring 60,523 sq. ft the building had a comprehensive back to frame refurbishment which was completed in December 2020. The unit was refurbished to a modern institutional specification both externally and internally and achieved an EPC rating of “A”. Simultaneously, planning permission to widen the use from B8 to E(g) & B2 was obtained.

Cote will use the unit as a national storage, preparation and distribution centre in connection with their restaurant and home delivery operations. Their fit out works are due to commence shortly and the unit will be operational later this year.

The successful letting of this unit in line with ERV and in record time underlines the continued demand for quality industrial space within Greater London.
