Acquisition of Iris Portfolio; Four New Properties

Capital Industrial are delighted to announce that they acquired the Iris Portfolio in June 2021. The Iris Portfolio is comprised of four unbroken, multi-let industrial/trade estates all located within 12 miles of Central London; Merton Road Industrial Estate, Heathlands Industrial Estate, Christchurch Industrial Estate & Units 24-40, London Industrial Park. London Industrial Park is a secure, multi-let industrial estate comprised of seven units arranged across two terraces, strategically located in the heart of the Thames Gateway in Beckton, a very well-established commercial centre located in the London Borough of Newham.
