The prominent industrial building is located on Argall Avenue, Leyton E10 7QE, and totals 5,291 sq.ft (GIA).  The building is one of three remaining long-leasehold blocks not already owned by Capital Industrial on Argall Avenue, and is located at the entrance to Leyton Industrial Village, one of Capital Industrial’s most valuable estates.

Argall Avenue is approximately 5.5 miles from Charing Cross and has good access to the A12, which leads to the A406 and M11 . The surrounding area is predominantly industrial and is located within the Argall Business Improvement District. Lea Bridge National Rail Station is a short walk away, offering access to Stratford and Tottenham Hale in approximately 10 minutes.
