Capital Industrial acquired Heston Airlinks Industrial Estate on 16th September 2016. Heston Airlinks Industrial Estate is a large multi-let industrial estate containing 481,000 sq ft across 50 units. The estate is situated in an established industrial area close to Heathrow Airport with excellent access to Central London via the M4 motorway.
Units range from 3,000 sq ft to 64,000 sq ft and there is a wide range of occupiers, from smaller specialist traders to larger airport focused businesses.
The estate is located in Heston just off Southall Lane which connects to the A312. Southall station is within 0.6 miles, and Hayes and Harlington Station within 1.9 miles. Both offer fast and frequent services to London Paddington. Local amenities include a Tesco Superstore, a David Lloyd Fitness Centre and a Western International Fruit and Vegetable Market.
