Capital Industrial acquired five new sites across London on March 11 2016. These include the Acton Business Centre, Atlas Business Centre, Bounds Green Industrial Estate, Fairways Business Park and Hamilton Road Industrial Estate.

Acton Business Centre is a multi-let industrial estate located in Acton, West London containing (a) standard light industrial units benefitting from roller shutter doors fronting a common yard and (b) many smaller light industrial units with internal access in a large communal building. Atlas Business Centre is a multi-let industrial estate located in Cricklewood, North West London.
